- You have the right to the cost of repair or replacement of your damaged vehicle.
- You may have the right to car rental reimbursement or compensation for loss of use of your vehicle while it is being repaired.
- You have the right to reimbursement of reasonable and necessary past medical expenses.
- You have the right to compensation for reasonable and necessary future medical care.
- You have the right to compensation for reasonable pain and suffering from bodily injuries and emotional distress.
- You have the right to compensation for lost wages or loss of earning capacity.
- You have the right to compensation for loss of consortium (companionship and family services) for a deceased spouse or heir.

WORKERS COMPENSATION LAW
DID YOU KNOW (despite the “new law”):
- You have the right to free medical treatment paid by your employer.
- You have the right to free medical examination by a specialist paid by your employer.
- You have the right to be paid temporary disability for any time a doctor says you cannot work, up to a certain time, paid either by your employer or the state.
- You have the right to be paid permanent disability for any impairment you doctors prove you have.
- Depending on your date of injury, and if you cannot return to your job due to your injury, you have the right to be either attend a free vocational rehabilitation program, or possibly cash-out an educational voucher for more compensation.
- Dependents of a worker killed at work have a right to monetary death benefits.

“GREEN CARDS - PERMANENT LEGAL RESIDENCY”
Green Cards Through Marriage:
If you are a U.S. Citizen:
- you may sponsor your foreign spouse (living in or out of the
US) as an “immediate relative,” and petition for a green card. This by far the fastest way to obtain a green card.
Green Cards Through Family:
If you are a U.S. Citizen:
- you may sponsor your foreign sons and daughters under 21 (living in or out of the US) as
“immediate relatives,” and petition for your spouse’s green card.
- you may sponsor your foreign parents (living in or out of the US)
as “immediate relatives,” and petition for their green card.
- you may sponsor your foreign unmarried adult children (sons and daughters over 21) (living in or out of the US) under the “first preference,” and petition for their green card.
- you may sponsor your foreign married children (sons and daughters any age) (living in or out of the US) under the “first preference,” and petition for their green card. But file fast, because there are only 23,400 green cards issued to married children each year.)
- unmarried and over 21 years , you may sponsor your foreign parents and brothers and sisters and petition for a green card.
If you are a Permanent Legal Resident (“Green Card holder”):
- you may sponsor your foreign spouse (living in or out of the US) is considered a “second preference,” and you may sponsor him or her and petition to obtain a green card.
(But file fast, because there are only 114,200 green cards issued to spouses each year.)
- you may sponsor your foreign adult unmarried child spouse (living in or
out of the US) under the “second preference,” and petition to obtain a their
card. (But file fast, as there are only ____green cards issued to adult
children each year, and they are back-logged for several years.)
Green Cards Through Employment:
- If you have a permanent job in the U.S., your employer may petition for a green card after “labor certification.”
- If you a foreigner with an advanced professional degree” you can apply for a “national interest waiver” and petition to obtain a green card based on your employment in the US.
Green Cards or Work Permit As A “Special Immigrant”:
- If you are religious worker, you have the right to petition for a green card as a “special immigrant.”

- If you're a qualified seasonal agricultural worker, there are
66,000 work visas given out every year.
- If you are foreign religious worker, there are 66,000 work visas given out every year.
- If your employer sponsors you, there are 66,000 work visas given out every year.

DID YOU KNOW:
- You have the right not to be searched by the police without reasonable cause.
- After arrest, you have a right to remain silent.
